Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing Window: All orders are processed within 1-4 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Operations: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • United States: Estimated delivery is 7-14 business days.

  • International: Estimated delivery is 10-20 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Disclaimer: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. The timeframes listed above are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking Activation: Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking number to become active and show movement in the carrier's system.

  • "In Transit" Status: It is normal for tracking updates to pause for several days while the package moves between distribution centers or clears customs. This does not mean the package is lost.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES Hera Labs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

5. DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES Hera Labs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping once they have been handed to the carrier.

  • Damages: If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • Lost Packages: As per our Refund Policy, packages are not considered "lost" until 60 business days have passed since shipment. We will assist you in monitoring the shipment, but refunds for non-receipt are subject to this timeframe.

6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do not refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@jourigarden.shop, though we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY We currently ship worldwide. Please note that international shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities, which may cause delays beyond our control.
